Problem:
You are trying to connect the DPS-S445 thermal printer to the MilkoTest MT52 via Bluetooth. However, the Bluetooth Manager cannot find the printer.
Cause:
Your printer may have been set to a different interface.
Note:
This problem only applies to the printer model DPU-S445-01C-E together with a MilkoTest MT52 from serial number 2000. You will find the information on the back of the device:
Solution:
Reset the printer to default values as follows:
Press and hold both FEED & ON/OFF buttons until POWER and ERROR flash.
Select Function
Setting Mode: Feed SW / HEX DUMP Mode: Power SW Yes, press the FEED button.

Yes: Feed SW / No: Power SW Yes, press the FEED button.
Load Default Setting? Yes: Feed SW / No: Power SW Yes, press the FEED button.
Default Setting Saved.
Setting Mode Finished. The printer switches off.
