This measuring device is a natural step in our evolution, which has proven itself worldwide for over 30 years. It is the result of our own development and production. The MilkoTest MT52 is characterised in particular by its multifunctionality and impresses users with the various measuring programmes and the extensive accessories available Ease of operation, convenience, and high-quality workmanship make the MilkoTest MT52 a valued tool.
Universal – Robust – Reliable
The MilkoTest MT52 stands for the comprehensive inspection of milking systems according to ISO-6690.
The following measuring programmes are included:
- Pulsation measurement
Test pulsators according to ISO or freely adjustable limit values. The measured value is displayed in ms and % and the measurement curves are displayed graphically. The device offers storage options for several hundred pulsator measurements. - Fluctuation measurement
The analysis programme for complex problem solving: freely selectable setting with sampling rates of up to 2000 samples per second and a measuring duration of up to 2 ¾ hours. - ISO protocol
This convenient support tool for creating measurement protocols according to DIN ISO-6690 pays off for all service technicians in no time. - AirFlow meter measurement
With the optional AirFlow-Meter, fully automatic air flow measurement becomes a routine matter. Simply set the target vacuum (30kPa to 60kPa) and start the airflow measurement. A control programme sets the target vacuum in seconds and can be manually readjusted at any time. - Manometer
A display showing the current vacuum measurement in large print with the indication of minimum and maximum values during the measuring process. - MilkingTime measurement
This measuring programme is carried out during an entire milking process at the teat of an animal and records the head vacuum and the pulse count. With the help of the external sensor, the tube and the specially developed evaluation software, the MilkingTime measurement is an informative analysis programme for all problem factors. - Tachometer
The non-contact measurement of speeds, for example of vacuum pumps, can be taken in the range from 500 to 5000 rpm. - Temperature
With the external temperature sensor, recordings between 0°C and 100°C over several hours are possible.
